CD101 Scenesters are a lot like the
common fruit fly: They kind of buzz around and bug people for a few weeks,
they'll swarm around food if you leave it unattended and they both have
relatively short lifespans. A fruit fly lives for about 40 days. A Scenester
might make it for three or four months before falling to the Great Circle of
Life. But what a glamorous few months they were! Stressbreaks, concerts, Gallery
Hops, tailgates...Scenesters give the best weeks of their life for the greater
good of CD101. And then they're replaced by a new generation of eager little
Team members, and so on and so on. Just because they're gone doesn't mean
they're forgotten, however.
