Raising Cane's only
uses fresh premium chicken tenderloins, never frozen, marinated for
at least 24 hours, then batter, flour and seasoned by hand. Raising
Cane's crinkle cut fries are grade A, extra long fancy cut Idaho
potatoes. Crisp, fresh cabbage, carrots and a creamy coleslaw
dressing are mixed daily. The Texas Toast at Raising Cane's is
thick sliced bread brushed lightly with garlic butter and toasted on
a flat griddle. The Cane's sauce is a unique, secret recipe made
with the highest quality ingredients.
