The Independent Playground is the home for all underground music on CD101 and has been since 1998. The Playground features only music from bands on independent labels. Punk rock, indie rock, hip hop, metal, hardcore, folk, lo-fi, and everything inbetween, its all on the Independent Playground!  The Independent Playground also features live bands and guests. You never know who will stop by. Punk rock legends, local luminaries, and adult film stars have all stopped by. Listen to the Independent Playground Sunday nights from 10pm til midnight and Thursdays from 11pm - 1am. It will make you smarter and more attractive to the opposite sex. Trust me, I'm not just the owner, I'm a client too.
